We do not ask for your name, your address, payment details, or any health information, and you should not send us health information.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It records that a page was viewed, and that the guide was unlocked, and sends that information to Meta so we can measure our ads. Meta may combine this with data it already holds about you and may use it for its own purposes as an independent controller. Meta's own policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad settings in your Meta account. Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading the guide.
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the site and send email — hosting, analytics, email delivery, and advertising platforms — and only as needed. We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers are based outside the EEA and the UK; where that is the case, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for up to 24 months of inactivity after that, whichever comes first. Technical and advertising data is retained according to the relevant provider's own retention periods.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.
